Collarossi's Pizza Parlor on Fort Street in Lincoln Park (1964-5), we played the heck out of this song. It's still my favorite Reflections song.

Hit #4 in our hometown of Detroit in March, 1965. Their best record, IMHO.

This version sounds more like a demo. The Rockin' Berries recording is the definitive version.

I should've said that it's the lead singer, guy in the upper left and the bass singer, guy in the lower right who are still going.

And two of the five guys pictured are still singing this, along with their other charted songs, They and three others are still The Reflections and travel everywhere doing their show. They even sing at church festivals, fairs, oldie concerts, you name it. They will usually put on a good 3-4 hour show, at least they used to. Ever get a chance to see them, do so. You won't regret it.

One of the all-time great records. Should have made the top forty, at least.

FANTASTIC! Love it even more than "Just Like Romeo and Juliette"...and that's saying quite a lot!

This was and is one of my all time favorite songs. It used to send chills up my spine. Something magical about that era. This reminded me a lot of the 4 seasons songs like Save It For Me, Toy Soldier, Rag Doll, etc.

Forever pegged as 1-hit wonders, but this shoulda helped them not to be one...sadly.

@soulguy10306 I don't think in 1965 I heard this version or the Rockin Berries! I actually prefer the Rockin Berries version, but this is OK!

Reminds me of a 5'Clock World Vogues type song.
