Finally after years I decoded the name and artist of this song. Last time I heard this song was in South America. I wasn't sure what language was because I could not remember the lyrics, just the tune! I thought it was The Police, Yes, or The Babies. When it starts it sounds like Sting. Good New Wave Song! It was so funny trying to decode the lyrics, I came up with I love losing, I'm a loser, I'm done losing, I'm done boozing, I like losing, etc...whatever!...lol:)
