Now, onto the matter of 'pop band' Damned. The Damned had the first UK punk single and punk album, Damned Damned Damned.. although I do admit they later changed their hard edged style as times changed, but they were no doubt punk and no doubt one damn amazing band. @The12ozBucket i couldn't leave this comment without replying.. don't get me wrong, i love the partisans, but she isn't 'fucking brilliant' at all, good enough no doubt but not brilliant, she used a pick most of the time and she's only following the guitar so by rights that would make the guitarist brilliant too, and by rights that would make me awesome because i can play this song with ease. by no means am i mocking her as a bassist but she wasn't brilliant my friend, i'm sorry to deliver that.12 years ago
