We are fellow internet curmudgeons, there was never a question as to friendship ;) Yes, "contemporary" RnB is simply awful. I didn't realize that the genre included people like Akon until I searched it up. To me, RnB always conjured up Jazz, Proto-rock and Oldies, not some pseudo-rapping, auto-tuned amalgamation of sludge.

No, because you're still casting aspersions like a grumpy child on things you know nothing about. If you want to make the princess happy, stick to trashing Justin Bieber. He's more your age. Rhythm and Blues has been around since before you were a twinkle in a cheap hookers eye, and even if every track it ever spawned sucked, it's still doesn't deserve your hopeless ignorance.

I love this song but I've got to say I'm somewhat disapointed by the video clip. To me the song has alot of desperation in it and I think the bands attitude is one of indifference in this clip. Maybe I have misinterpreted the song. anyway not to worry.
