The tune was written by Stephen Foster. He named it "Angelina Baker". Not "Angeline the Baker". This reminds me of "Cumberland Gap" being called "Tumblin' Gap". There are many who do this.

That is an interesting mix of neither song. Angelina Baker was written by Stephen Foster and those are the lyrics but not the melody. Angeline the Baker is an old time version, which they are playing only the B part. An then there were those picks on the banjoists fingers...... hmmmmm. Identity crises but great music.
