The first demo was a six song cassette recorded at the blue fox in Norman.....ROME 90 was a OU campus bar where they released a couple albums and put in Hella shows....I miss them..good memories

Great live show...been to many shows and hung many times too...john Humphries is now the drummer of seether..... Great tunes but zac couldn't keep it together...bottoms up one by one

Paw was/is from Lawrence, KS (home of KU). They are definetly great band. Also check out Stick. They're another band from Lawrence. They were signed to Arista and put out two albums, Heavy Bag and Disgruntled Ex-Employee. Both are great albums! Check 'em out!

Shining Sun Visual Radio

I've gotta put Local H into this group of underrated 90's grunge bands, even though they're still going today. How I hated their hit, Bound For The Floor when it came out 'cause I heard it too much, but it's a total classic now.
