Take Jeff Daniels seriously? You can't do what he did with this amazing show and not be what he appears to be - a lovely guy with complexity and integrity. The fact of Dumb & Dumber - makes me love him more - versatility and a complete lack of pretension. No wonder he's never left Michigan

+Bacbi - This show wasn't going to last because it talked, in almost every episode, about real topics in the US. Those type of shows tend not to last. As for the whole broken character argument people put forward, no one person has knowledge of every area.Great show, wish it would come back.
