She speaks a broken french w an accent, which makes me think she probably learns it at school and her parents cant speak it, which is why she would use it in a diary (that maybe her parents can find). (I say this as a metropolitan french person, so it might actually be french from another non french country)(Then again maybe they dont speak french and didnt think it was wrong, but i prefer viewing it as an artistic choice unless they state otherwise)8 years ago

If people have confusion about the French, It's in contrast to what the video is about. What the subtitles say are the opposite of what the girl is saying, in other words how unhappy and miserable she is in her life. 8 years ago
