i'm looking for a particular live don cherry recording... i haven't heard it in a while. but in it, is don cherry, steve lacy...billy higgins is introduced as "Billy banana"..billy banana then retorts "don cherry, don cherry, don cherry..."also in this recording is "Maestro togazio (sp?)"If anyone knows ,please help me out,Thanks

no, ornette coleman is not featuered in this song and in this albul... this is from steve lacy's "evidence" album. "the mystery song" is the first song in the album - it's a little known ellington composition. all the other songs in the album is from monk except one from strayhorn. soprano sax - steve lacy, trumpet - don cherry, bass - carl brown, drums - billy higgins. year, 1961. it's a great song. thx...
