I really enjoyed 2010's "What We Lose In The Fire We Gain In The Flood*," but I recognize the step forward Mynabirds took with this album. Much more formally realized post-rockabilly** sound. This is a good song off of that album, "Disarm," though I couldn't find a good video link for my favorite song from the release, "Disaster."*Note the humblebrag, wherein I subtly point out the fact that I was totally on to these guys like, dude, two YEARS ago.**I totally just made up a new genre label.

well, thank you for your words...really... i think this is just the way the rythmn goes...not everybody appreciate that kind of music... and the mynabirds... I just re-listened to that song now... it's so original... inspired... this is quite a fresh new discovery at least for me

Thanks for the suggestions.. i really liked those songs too.. I try and find new music through youtube but all the recommended videos are ones that i have already watched a thousand times. Every once in a while something new will come through like this one... thanks for turning me on to some new music
