i always thought kim and billie of green day were the two best (rhythm guitarists, hard rock) of the 90's easy. very similar bands (back then) just with one having a girl singer not a guy. .10 years ago

oh, plenty of people heard the Muffs. they were on a major label, there was probably 20,000 - 30,000 each of those first two albums out there. anyone who likes rock and roll has heard them (back then). and tons of 45s, on indie labels. the HAMBURGER cd comp with all of those (and other stuff) is really good.12 years ago
