It is about a Tasmanian tiger. The second and third are told from the perspective of a Dodo and a Panamanian gold frog, respectively, all being the last remnant of their species.

Fitting song to accompany the whale video. While it quotes the bible, it's not a religious song. In fact, the biblical aspect seems more accusatory to me... +annie bodnar, another to go with the bruce cockburn song.
