@GODEED Martha Davis is one of my ten favorite singers of all time. There is simply no other singer, male or female, who has a voice of such sexiness and vulnerability; her interpretive skills are tremendous. It frustrates me that she's not had the opportunity to release more material since the break-up of The Motels. I think "Policy" is a lost treasure. It remains one of my favorite albums of the 80s. There's not a weak track on it. The production is immaculate; her voice in sterling form.

Very nice solo album by Martha. Always surprised this wasn't better received. I don't have access to my vinyl at this time, but would love to hear "What money might buy" from this album, if you get the chance. Thanks for the memories!

@GODEED thank you ... you know sometimes i hear her music and I'm like, damn, is she spying on my soul. This song was just how I've been feeling the past few days, and it is so true, the hardest part is pretending to act like your not hurting. What a true gift Martha is! voice AND songwriting.
