I remember we used to sit as a family around the wireless and wait eagerly for the charts whenever Morrissey had a single out. It was Sunday evening or as we would call Sunday it was 'bath night'. Sadly it did also allow the success of a ginger person in Simply Red but apart from that it did prove beneficial. Inside toilets and even a Mcdonalds can now be found in various parts of Manchester making it at the cutting edge of European cities. Boasting sober bus drivers and petrol pumps that you can choose payment method Manchester continue to blast its way into the modern world. And all because someone decided to share his awkwardness and strong veggie views. Thankyou Morrissey, Manchester owes you.
