The music was written by Harold Arlen and the lyrics by Johnny Mercer, and it was published in 1944. This song is a cover done by Dr John that appears in two of my (of many) favourite movies. First the Mighty Ducks 1992, (HELLOOOO ANAHEIM!!!) and the Second is Mrs Winterbourne 1996.
