Looks like capo 4. All chords based around D with high E open rather than 2nd fret.Root note changes from G, F#, B, and A. Still trying to figure out the changes perfectly. Some are subtle.First "We could take my car part" looks like full barre F# to G to D/B. Second time is F# barre to Bm/F# to G to D/A.Hope that makes sense. Awesome arrangement.

I had the great pleasure of meeting and speaking with Greg when the Menzingers played in Bristol in the UK. What comes across in this video as it did when I met him is he is a very charming, polite and modest guy who is very passionate about his music. Great vid btw
