After suffering the Joss Stone version, I'd tag up "No Man's Land" to your list.Every year this is my Rememberance tune.Thanks.

I heard the Eric Bogle and Furies versions 30+ years ago (and probably not since), and I read an article today that reminded me of this great song, so I went searching on YT. I must say this version is brilliant!

I just heard that awful version just released and had to play this again to wash my ears out. This is how it SHOULD be sung, with emotion.

I love this version. There are great versions by a host of other artists but this really nails it for me!

If its emotion you want Listen to Tommy Fleming s Version Thats the best version by far people in the audience were crying its that Moving . Another good but forgotten song Is Harvey Andrews The Soldier. Written from a true event in Northern Ireland Its neither political or gloryfing anyone just listen to it i think this one is a great song ENJOY listen to both songs youll be glad you did

Every time I hear this version I feel sorrow for all those who lost their lives, for mans blind indifference to his fellow man

Great song from a criminally underrated band. I have to prefer the rawer version they did with John Peel though.

This is the best version, even better than the original (apologies to EF) as it is sung with anger. That is as it should be.
