Pretty sure Evan is not gay……yes written by Nesmith, originally recorded by the Greenbriar Boys……and made famous by Linda Ronstadt and the Stone Poneys. The Lemonheads version is done without the famous versions lyrics changed…….so that makes Evan gay!?!?!?!….wrong
