I think people should be responsible and held accountable for their actions no matter what. Things like the Pill and other contraceptive devices can be used responsibly, but often times they aren't. For instance, one of my family members used the Pill and still got pregnant. Now, she's an unprepared and tragically inexperienced mother. The Last Poets hit the nail on the head; her child's screwed."The womb becomes a tomb." There are several ethical issues involved with what they're talking about

This is about particular bad batches of pills/vaccines that "just happen" to go to the third world? Or the birth control pill in general? Great song, but the birth control pill is a good option because it actually puts the power to avoid pregnancy in the woman's hands; how often does the condom break or not used when drunk but the woman thought you were going to ect. The pill/female contraceptive devices are needed for sexual equality; but there should be more non-hormonal options.
