This version is too slow! Van Halen amped it up and did a better version of it.

Yes, indeed.

I ask myself this a lot, these days. My grandparents said this song reminds them of the early 1930s. I believe we are about to relive that portion of Ameican history.

Love them....they never had the 'killer' album that The Beatles, The Who, the Stones, and even the Small Faces had....unfairly they became known as a singles band...BUT check out the albums 'Something Else' 'Village Green Preservation Society' and their jewel 'Arthur ;or the Decline and Fall of the British Empire' just for starters, they are truly brilliant!

I dont know, i never asked him, he just said in the book he wrote that he referenced paul and john in one of his songs, so i know it has to be this one, but it dosnt matter, does it?

yesterday was such a easy game to play "paul words to yesterday" but lets face , with all the money he made from the beatles his life is more easyer today- gues your friend "john" really did need some bringing down "Help" to get his feet back on the ground" once again, the words to help.

Van Halen covered this. This is the first time I've heard the original. Good song.
