My dad played this for me once, I was VERY little, like 3? Anyway, I've loved this song, my whole life, and never knew the title. It was agonizing, how I tried to describe it to my dad, like trying to scream, but not making a squeak. I finally found a way to tell my dad, and I was addicted to the kinks. I would play their songs on my piano, listen to them on YouTube, play my records, and yet, this is my favorite song, I've ever heard.<3

Great song, thanks for posting. I wish the rumors about the Kinks reforming (at least long enough to tour and celebrate their half-century of existence as a band properly) would prove to be true. Sadly, the Davies brothers continue to have seemingly insurmountable differences.
