It's about how he want to die but then he believes he is abducted by aliens and thinks they may kill him when they cut him open but then he realises he wants to live. Also he is talking to his psychiatrist saying " I'm fine, but I here those voices at night" which makes him unsure what is real and what isn't. The voices justify his claims so he's not sure what's really happened. Caught between the devil which means fulfilling your desires, and the deep blue sea may mean emotions and consciousness. Basically he doesn't know wether to end it all and he's having schizo experiences. It's all in his head but he's not so sure wether it is aliens or himself. The video represents all those aspects of his mind running amock and he doesn't know what to do about it.I'm scizophrenic myself but try to understand my experiences from psychoanalytical point of view. I hear voices at night and I'm not sure if it's me or something else... Much love to those afflicted with crippling psychic abilities...
