I can see the shoegaze analogies but wouldn't call it shoegaze but why folks say VU...well to me they don't sound anything like VU ( I have all VU except the self-titled album). I think that's management inspired public relations hype that's frankly unneeded; heck, I like these guys better than VU by a long shot! I think Munki was their best album by far. Hope they do even better in the future!
