'Care' from the epic new The Jelly Jam release 'Profit' which has been released on 27th May 2016 via Music Theories Recordings.

Order: http://smarturl.it/TheJellyJam-MLG

The Jelly Jam, featuring DREAM THEATER’s John Myung, WINGER/DIXIE DREGS' (live) Rod Morgenstein and KING’S X Ty Tabor, will return in 2016 with a new album and their first ever world tour.

Profit is a glorious and affecting cinematic experience; full of suspense, the record follows the heroic yet daunting journey of The Prophet who, inspired by a deep sense of responsibility embarks on a mission to try and save the world, to open the eyes of Those Who Will Not See.

The Jelly Jam will support their latest album with a full tour (dates to be announced). As guitarist Ty Tabor explains, “This album is without a doubt the most special moment the band has ever had together and we must make touring real this year to support this album.”

Profit is now available to order from the MLG store. The 180 grams vinyl is limited to 2000 copies, and comes with a downloadcard.

A limited edition T-shirt is available separately, or bundled with the CD or vinyl.

Apparently that Winger gig will forever be the dog shit on Rod's shoe: 30 years later and he still can't scrape it off...just say "Dregs" and leave it at that...

I try to help but things get out of handFor some reasonI try to tell the truth but they react like I haveSpoken treasonI reach to lift the veil that shows the profitEating up our nationThe siren's voice is strong like medicineIt darkens our relationsYou think that I don't careI don't think that I could care more than I doYou faith has left you thereI don't think that I could care more than I doThe Owner fans the flames easilyKeeping our attentionAnd while he diverts our eyes his wagon passes byWithout a mentionI try to lift the veil to show the beastFeeding on my nationBut now we've chosen sides and faith won't let you haveThat conversation You say that I don't careI don't think that I could care more than I doYou faith has left you thereI don't think that I could care moreYou say that I don't careI don't think that I could care more than I doYou faith has left you thereI don't think that I could care more

Been playing bass for a decade (since I saw him and immediately bought his signature bass) and I think some of his most amazing work comes from here. Goosebumps. His most impressive bits are Dream Theater, but this just feels right

Music so good you can only compare it to a nice 10 oz filet and a fine bottle of 2013 Camus Cabernet Sauvignon. Great stuff guys!!

this is some good stuff! It's nice to hear these 3 play some "straight ahead" stuff although we know what they're musically capable of. sometimes simple sounds best.

Absolutely love this new song...and it is just one part of a concept album from TJJ?!? Yes please!!! Oh yeah! Can't wait to hear the whole album...of course I've been a loooong-time fan of Ty and Myung, and Rod just makes the whole thing complete...great band. Going to order the CD+Shirt combo :) I've already got the three pre-release songs purchased...can't stop listening to them. Oh, and if you like what you hear, spend the $$$ and buy the album and support these guys, don't just play it on youtube for free.
