Why do you ask? People of today are funky, as in they dress bas enough nowadays. Noe take a look at how they're dressed. Theone on the far right is dressed like as if he were a cow. Are thy african american or indians? Thus the joke on Tonto vs. Tito. Far out, as in out of style, not out of sight.
