You're wrong. 'Hey There Delilah' was released with the Plain White T's third album in May, 2006. 'Clinging on for Life' was released with the Hoosiers debut album in October, 2007. Not to mention that the Plain White T's were signed before the Hoosiers.

I love this song but I hate that people claim the Plain White T's stole their music from them. That's not true because first off Hey There Delilah came out before this did and if anyone had stolen it, it would be The Hoosiers so lets all just enjoy the music and not point fingers because a famous song sounds familiar to a lesser known one.
