And this was his song on the album too. But, absolutely left a mark on the band's history. If this stuff were played to most, though, I'd have to wonder how many would actually get it that this was the Hollies if there were no clues as to the band's name.

My first intro to Mikael's voice was "Reason..." which I have to admit I really didn't like and still don't to this day. But then I heard Romany start to finish and realised that there wasn't a duff song on the LP and nor was there a sucky performance. This was a very good line-up for the band to have.

When I first heard Mikael's vocals I likened then to Scott Walker - A really strong voice !!!

I haven't heard that for many a long year, although I have it on an old LP in the garage somewhere. They produced some good, under rated stuff when Clarkie was on walkabout. all it lacks is a Lanc. accent. Thanks, Carrieanne.

Thanks Marc - Mikael Rickfors was only with The Hollies for a short space of time but he sure left his mark musically - Fantastic lead vocals on this track and harmonies to die for !!!
