This is a better quality recording of my 1st version of "The Hanging Tree" from the third book, Mockingjay, in the Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins.

I have done a faster version of this song and I have also done a version of Rue's lullaby. At 1:43, there are links in the video to both.

hmm..I hope you don't take offense to this, but I don't think the melody works with the mood of the song. I feel like the song would have been written in a minor key to convey the haunted-type feeling of it.
