Doing a Floyd cover thing is hard because you are always going to have the old school fans who say you have got to use the old technology to produce a very good album. I listen to bands that by today's standards are impeccable in their level of expertise. It seems like any half decent player of anything is almost a producer 'now a days'. I say it is hard because you will always have critics. I personally think you are great and it sounds very good. But it is not the pinnacle of your abilities by far and one never ever seems to get paid enough because others do not understand that you have to be good mimiks(musicians) to play this stuff. It is like professional painters doing a Rembrandt or something. sure they can do it but have you seen their masterpieces? They are there to see if anyone were to look. Personally I would love to see you guys apply yourselves to an original score. Perhaps you will catch the "True Spirit" of Floyd back when they were still making their millions not spending them. I used to play in a church band that sounded like the Floyd at about 1970, 71 just prior to Obscured by Clouds. they were still an English folk band with a heavy blues backing in those days having just passed through the Sid Fuck days with that crazy little man and were starting to be formed around Gilmour's guitar to a larger extent than the music was composed around Sid's guitar. If I am wrong that is why ni am taking music theory and piano right now. so perhaps by the end of the summer my diatribe will be a little less vulgar and a little bit more vernacular.

Maybe it isn't a tongue thing as it does not appear to move with her tongue but stays in the same place so I next thought it might be a filling. But that is one hell of a shiny filling. People help me here. what is it? And please don't send me uncanny and rude remarks like dude you got one on the end of your uh well you know. No I don't. That pimple on the end of your nose. See what I mean? Now I cannot even watch the video and not stare at that. Boy, I wonder if my fillings show up in the dark kind of shadowy kind of ambiance like hers does? I am glad I am a drummer. I get to hide back there where nobody notices how ugly I am or how fat I am(kind of hard to hide that one- I look like a bloody polar bear behind the kit) how bad my acne is and on really special nights they cannot see the case of pop I have hidden back there either, but that lady's tooth. Girl do something about that. It is stupid little things like that that will kill your career long before it gets out of the gate. Take care of all the blemishes. I learned that because when I was a kid I wanted to be an actor. So my mother enrolled me in acting school but in those days there was no industry in Canada and the only people doing acting were the modeling schools. they had a lot of material on how to look good. In fact you could almost say they were "top heavy" with it, ha ha. And so we got that hammered into our heads all the time. "you have got to look and act and FEEL better than anybody else there. You have it in droves baby but put some plasticene over it when you are being filmed. Like a little cover and you will do fine.

I had to actually stop the video because I was so distracted by that thing in her mouth. what is that? I think it is one of those studs that chicks put in their tongue. Fuck my kid better not get one of those. But you just gave me a hell of an idea. Why not put a wireless microphone in there and then when you show up for a gig you can just start singing and flip everybody out as you'll have no microphones. They will all think you are lip syncing until you show them it is real. Oh maybe you don't want to be appearing to be lip syncing in front of a stadium full of screaming kids. Hmmm. Well it seemed like a good idea at the time. I saw a guy on the bus who was sort of showing his off and I remarked in a questioning sort of way that they were only good for women because it is involved in oral sex. Boy did my face turn red when he didn't answer and everybody on the bus gave me a look like "Come on Dumbo, you know what the hell he wants to use it for!" oops. I dropped my drum stick. I had to listen and not to look and your tune sounded great.

Such a shame that the audio quality is so poor. Lots of hiss coming in and out, almost like the vinyl, but much less consistent. And there are some horrible high pitched noises at 0:04 and 0:48. I also felt the vocal was slightly drowned out. Why would you release it in this state? I would LOVE to hear a cleaned up version of this.
