It's allways weird to see an american blackmetal band. I'm from sweden where we got excelent acts like Marduk, Nagelfar, Watain. And then the rest of the great bands from norway. In scandinavian blackmetal you use corpsepaint and stageclothing to enhance the atmosphere. Something I rarely see in american BM. These guys are great and I truely mean it. I usualy dislike blackmetal bands who uses synths to get the right atmosphere but as I said. The Funeral Pyre are a great band!

The Funeral Pyre is an amazing band! Too bad I couldn't go to their show in the San Diego area; I'm not 21 and the venue they played at is a 21 and over venue :( Cool video by the way and hopefully I get to see this band in the near future.
