Frankie Valli was inspired by 'Ol Blue Eyes "I've Got You Under My Skin" and the guys made a very nice cover version of this Cole Porter song. This is one of my favorite tunes from the 60s. Enjoy

Saw Valli in concert the other night. He explained that when they saw Sinatra perform it in Florida, they were blown away, and wanted to record it. At the concert he performed an amazing version that married the 4 Seasons version with the orchestration of Frank Sinatra's. Incredible!!!!!.

Frankie Valli was actually inspired by Frank Sinatra after his mother took him to see him at Paramount Theatre! He said so at his concert the other night :)

I love this song, but I hate how the person who posted this song does a voice over of their channel name and credits themselves at 3:15. Ruins my vibes.

I like this version despite the comments below. We all have our likes and dislikes. But we should accept that, We are different. One of the best songs by this group to my way of thinking. Great song.

This is one of the handful of songs where I like two versions of it. Frank Sinatra did a great job on this song, and this one is so unique that I like it too. Michael Buble, don't waste my time. he is a douchebag.

One of the most beautiful moments in recorded music occurs at 2:40 the arrangement for this song was genius; nothing like that happened again until about 1977 when on the last verse of "I Like Dreamin'" by Kenny Nolan a whole chorus and a 'big band' sound of clarinets surprises the listener. '60's and 70's had the most innovation of popular music. Okay, well McCartney's work, especially on "Those were the Days" (using old recording mics in stereo) was also, though at the time many of us just changed the channel on that one, it's timeless.
