I got this from a Tape Club, back in the day. Played this tape until it broke. I absolutely think this is one of the most understated bands and records from the 80's.

Fuck all these comments. The only reason today's music is called "bubblegum corporate bullshit" or "mediocre shit" is SIMPLY and I mean S-I-M-P-L-Y because the one doing the bitching does not like the music. Same goes for those making bogus claims that the artists don't have talent or play their instruments. That is all just plain cover up for simply NOT LIKING THE MUSIC. The artist could write their own song, produce them, play all the instruments and for FUCKING GOODNESS SAKE, PUT IT OUT ON THEIR OWN LABEL AND still there will be those sonsofbitches who will make the very same condamnations! They should just say they don't like the mother fucking music and be done with it!!!! These people sound like they have not clue as to what they are talking about! I don't care what artist they are running off at the mouth about. These people are full of shit! EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a great name for a band. What a great song. What a great album. So much great rock from the 80's goes underappreciated in favor of mediocre shit!!!!

I use to take great music like this for granted in the 80's because it was everywhere. Today's so called music makes my ears bleed.

Thank you for posting this. I have this great album of course and my vinyls all still sound great but my turn-table crapped out. Good to know you are here when I need my fix of The Fixx.

I would listen to this when I was washing my stepfather's car...it one of two whole music cassettes I had as a teen, the other being Foreigner's 4 (totally different sound).

One very unique, mysterious sounding song, The Fixx always has the most creative lyrics.
