Sending every hipster in Melbourne's feet flying for the past five years, TFVK are only just spreading their wings. With the boys carving many notches into their music pole. First up was a Triple J Unearthed feature slot, resulting in their high-rotation Triple J hit 'Alright Now Honey'. Apparently, the rest of the music scene though that they were all right as well, because Triple J selected them as the Victorian band winners for Pushover 2009. After laying their country blues rock on the audience's sorry arses, they found themselves with other festival gigs, residencies from everywhere from The Evelyn to Yah Yahs, and supporting some of the best national and international acts around, such as Tame Impala, Little Red, Kasabian and The Hives.
The boys are currently finishing up work on their debut album which is due for release sometime this year!
Listening to a The Fearless Vampie Killers set may induce hallucinations, and may make your blood alcohol levels double the legal limit. So you may as well keep drinking and sleep over. Don't worry. They don't bite. Hard.

Might I suggest you take a listen to some of the masters that have gone before from the 60s, such as the Ventures, the Chantays, a little known dude called Duane Eddy and his Swinging Guitar ... heck, I don't know what I am talking about. Great Song great singer great drummer great bass player BUT... the dude with the Les Paul needs to tune his guitar and stop fishing for pentatonic licks through the whole song!!!!
