It's a great performance in terms of energy, but in terms of actually sounding like the song? I've heard it played much better by them... this isn't one of their better live performances (in terms of the actual music). I'd assume you are hearing impaired if you honestly think those screams and guitar work are anywhere near as good as the recorded version... or even compared to how they normally sound.

As a hardcore Zappa fan, I can tell you with one hundred percent confidence that you will not get the same reaction as this music from that music. They are two totally different. They both involve a lot of reckless abandon, which is awesome, but far from the same. Who gives a fuck how impressive this is, and the songs are all different. Go listen to Caught Up right now and tell me that's the same thing. You have every right to say you don't like it, but all of your criticisms are easily broken.

i agree with the spitting, but these guys were great. comparing them with zappa it's like putting them at the same level of zappa and judging them at that level, and that's just unfair dude. we all know tfot made music because it was fun (at least in their first albums).
