It's a dawn shame how Alex can play the song better then the original drummer.Listening to him and Alex. I have to say Alex doesn't get sloppy when the tempo Starts to go fast and he can still hit hard while going fast.

Some of y'all should show some respect for the guy who wrote a shit-ton of great drum parts, has groove & feel for miles and laid the foundation for the band's sound. I'd put money on the fact that Rudinger (amazing drummer, btw) would pay respects to Cooper for that. Nitpicking comparisons of them are irrelevant and lame.

There's always been something I can't quite put my finger on with Lyle that makes me mesmerized by his drumming, It almost sounds like there's some kind of fuzzy window between his work and what the band plays but it doesn't sound sloppy and it kind of brings an organic element to what can be described as music without much emotion since it gets lost in the technicality.His stamina is fucking incredible as well, it seems like on long sets his dynamics are rarely ever compromised.

Yes. Alex is better. Look how he strokes, how he beats the drum. He plays more solid and heavier.I saw their blast beats too. Alex is more professional on doing it.Also, I like Alex Rudinger. He is my number 1 inspiration. I just can't think of a song played by a real human that Alex can't play on drums. Lol. Alex is the best drummer. Lyle is good too! Respect.

Hes not the best in the world to say the least....but Lyle is really my Favorite drummer..all the little stuff i find in his drumming I enjoy and i think he is a great inspiration to younger drummers.

For all the Alex Vs. Lyle people, I've seen the faceless 3 times now, once in 2011, at this very show in 2012 and at a small venue this year with alex rudinger. You can not tell a single difference when it comes to the faceless. Alex rudinger is more famous and has i guess a bigger "resume" is what youd call it. But you have to remember the faceless is as good as they are because of the drums. Lyle has played a huge part in developing the faceless and for that i will miss Lyle. However with that being said I don't doubt Alex one bit especially after seeing them, they found an awesome replacement. So everyone STFU about alex and lyle now. they are both kick ass drummers in all aspects
