Animal acts were popular around this time. You had these guys, The Boomtown Rats, The Good Rats etc. I had this and their next (last?) album; good stuff. Check out Tit Photographer Blues; very funny.

They signed albums @ Music Millennium in Portland OR the day they played here. They were very amiable with all the fans who came in, greeted and spoke with everyone, and SERVED US ALL CAKE! These guys were freaking awesome.

I rememberthis band from the days I as just a teenager, had the album, then the cassette and then they disappeared! They played at "The Roxy" in Hollywood, a great band! Have been looking for them for years, thank you for sharing...

I'm pretty sure Entwistle was known as "The Ox".Interesting to hear John produced some of their albums.Btw, Frank Zappa mentions the Poodles in his song "Mudd Club".Thanks for the upload, Scott.

Saw these guys open for Tom Petty in LA, either the Forum or the Sports Arena , 1979. Always loved this song and was thrilled to find it here.
