They aren't pretending to be The Beatles. They are playing The Beatles music without imitating them. That is different and good. Of course no one can ever compare to The Beatles.

When you try to play Beatles numbers it's then you realise how complex they are.

This is fun, but I've been playing for about 50 years and I've internalized these songs to the point that I don't really enjoy them that much anymore. I know it's a failing in me, not the music. sad, really.

I like this MUCH better than bands that imitate The Beatles. That rarely works for the real fans. This much better respects the original music.

I went to their last show at the Calvin Theatre in Northampton, Mass with high expectations; sadly I left early totally bummed out because the instruments terribly overwhelmed the vocals. Sorry, but these magnificent songs are meant to have the vocals paramount, not under the mix; I wanted to throttle the soundmen, but my wife's ears were hurting so badly that we just left and man, I had been counting the days. I guess I was hoping to hear that wonderful clarity ad devotion evident in those live in studio recordings of Abbey Road. I still wish I could these wonderful songs performed someday with someone at the sound board who understands whatthe Beatles were all about, I feel this band gets it, but they can't be doing sound at the same time

Yes, they are TiGHT...but what I really want to hear is them a few years from now if they go onward, can you imagine the influence of their years in this tribute??? Kind of like studying with rembrant and then making your own art.

Does the Fab Faux even TRY to sound like the Beatles or just cover the songs?. Cause man not even the arragements or harmonies are close. Mon Will you are a kick ass bassist , just taking it easy.? Geez.
