I am so glad that I lived in the 50's and 60's and 70's to have heard all this really great music LIVE

One of my favorites. So sad we will never see that again ever. Those voices will forever be with us here and Phil must be singing with the angels now. Like the man said "if there is harmony in heaven the angels should sound like the Everlys". And with a broken heart I say " rest in peace sweet Phil".

Mmmm, a wonderful song from a memorable night at the Royal Albert Hall. Their influence is still being felt today. Is it possible to get the full concert on DVD anyone?

I was lucky enough to see them 3 times in Scottsdale, one with Simon and Garfunkel. I first saw them on Ed Sullivan in 1958. I was 7. I asked my mom if she would get me a guitar. It started me on a lifetime love of singing and guitar.playing that I do, and love, to this day. When they began their first song at a recent concert, my tears began to flow at the first mingling of their voices in had money, because it was so beautiful. Kentucky was thes long, but they kept it up all night. Perfection is not a good enough word for them. Today is the first anniversary of Phil's passing. Nothing will Ever top them.

Timeless perfection - still able to tug at my heart strings any time I listen to these "masters of harmony" .. absolutely the "crème de la crème" of this era .....

Still missing your presence on this earth Phil Everly. So happy that your music lives on.

Nice. This song was performed as a part of the EB 84 reunion tour. When the brothers performed at Chastain park in Atlanta, a perfectly acoustical amphitheater, I bought a ticket in the back and just sat back under the stars, closed my eyes and melted into a beautiful bliss. I still recall that night some 30 yrs ago. It was a magical night of perfectly performed music by my idols.

Well, of course they are not necessarily singing about themselves. Life is like that. We start out fine; we have all these people around us who love us but, no, people stop loving and walk away. I don't think Phil and Don were just talking about thir relationship, fraught though it was. They were talking about the lot. I still think they made it up. I hope so, anyway.

And I just love the chord change (minor to major) at 1.52. Brilliant song. I think their greatest.

They play a little trick at 1.58 when they come in unexpectedly early "remember how". Not easy, but brilliant. They know exactly what they're doing!
