I love the songs on EB84; but I find the music too dominant; it 's hard to hear the lyrics. Can someone tellme if this is because I'm listening on a mobile device , or is the album/cd this way? It's a shame that theprices on so much of their work are so high.

This is mot only produced by Dave, he's also playing Guitar on this song. Also you can also hear Albert Lee and Gerry Hogan (who is playing in the Band Matchbox at this period)

This is the best number I've ever known for watching a well-built woman dance to, which I've done many times and not nearly as many times as I'd like to have.

A brand new one to me, Dont know what to say, they are masters on hard rock too.... Strong song, Don's solos is gorgeous and so is Phil's voice harmonizing. This is my best favorite among their 80s hard rock songs. Cheers ^^

I'm glad to see that there are still Everly Brothers fans out there, even though they are now retired. Musically they were at times ahead of the trend, very innovative with different tempos and at times even changing original lyrics which gave songs fresh sounds. Born Yesterday written by Don and Brown Eyes written by Phil are just two of my favorites .They both are beautiful songs written by very talented writers as well as singers.

ebfan41, "On The Wings Of A Nightingale" is actually on this album that I got my other 5 tracks from. The only reason I have not uploaded it here is that 1. It's already been done by others, and 2. it is currently available on a couple of commercial cd releases, which means it would likely be "tagged" and/or "blocked" by You Tube & I don't want to chance losing my account over continued copyright infringement issues.

Try and find "ON THE WINGS OF A NIGHTINGALE" this was offered maybe 2 yrs ago. It is a 3/1 album in CD . It has EB*$ ,which this song is from, BORN YESTERDAY done in 1986 and SOME HEARTS album all 3/1 in CD. I bought 2 of them because this is all the songs they recorded after their REUNION CONCERT in 1983. I listen to them a lot and even like their solo work while they were parted. They are the best and natural born singers , They are a National Musical Treasure,

I really lucked out when I found this LP, still sealed, for only about $1.50......it is a wonderful album, as you noted.

Phil and Don really rock on this song. Terrific album also. They are perfection, never disappoint.

Clearly, the seller did not know the value of it. Lucky, lucky you!

There's not a weak song on this terrific album, and the Everlys are the best.
