Passed down through generations, caused us wars and violence. Words of hypocrisy. Human atrocity. When no one stands in protest, where is the democracy? It's time to raise our voices in protect of this hateful, racist mindset in our society. Judge no one by the color of flesh. Let's fight against this ignorance. Fight. Let's fight this ignorance.

I don't understand why people don't like this album. I love the blues/jazz roots. The time signatures are awesome, not to mention on point. The lyrics are incredible, and the guitar riffs are SICK. There is a lot going on in the background that I think a lot of people don't notice.11 years ago

The album's called The Hymn Of A Broken Man, not Strength In Numbers. And Jesse wrote straight from the heart on that album. He said (and I quote): "yeah, there's positive spins to every song, but- I mean, we're talking some really dark stuff in some of the songs: End Of Eternity, End Of Days... Those are straight out of ,like, me writing, you know... in a really dark place, like borderline suicidal."13 years ago

@JubalBed The melody of all songs on Strength in Numbers maybe better than Awaken, but saying that they are not on the same level is just ignorant. Awaken's strength is in the lyrics, which should be put above all in the music since it gives the music created by the artist meaning. I'm not saying that the lyrics in Strength in Numbers was bad, I just think that Leach took more time into creating Awaken's lyrics since there was more passion to write about.13 years ago

Jesse is an awesome vocalist, he is more progressive and in your face then Howard where Howard has more of a soul way of singing, Jesse just shreds the vocals and makes them more metal/ with the great twist of an shaprer clean vocal. I prefer Jesse growling as I prefer Howard's clean, they are too very talented vocalist and great at their best abilities - \M/14 years ago
