I understand that bands and music has to evolve but After album no.7 Its felt like the kings only put out records to make money off of their "brand"...The kings use to be about making good music for the sake of making something that made people happy! Music is about passion and hunger, Its about being REAL and original.. Not just to sell albums to people who "think" they are suppose to like ot

Thats the thing tho man, People "think" that they "Need" to like their new stuff...As a fan I was down with the kings even back in 98' I found myself Searching and praying there was something I could like about their new stuff....But it was utterly let down! Sure, music needs to evolve and artists need to get paid, But after a certain point, Bands start pushing albums out just ti make money! they dont have the passion and hunger they once had to be taken serious and make it as a GOOD band

Every album after no.7 Is total shit! the kings were EPIC at one point and really spoke to their listeners! NOW they just pump out Generic weed smoking songs with no thought or passion put in them..Money changes people! Being in a band, you make music because you want people to enjoy your vibe and make people happy! Not Just pushing albums out to make money and not caring if the song is any good... Open you're eyes man! wake up and stop being a sheep!

Listen kiddo, I've been down wit da kings since 98' the kings from back in the day would slap the SHIT outta the kings today! Music isnt supposed to be about money!!! Sure artists need to get paid but there comes a point where GREED takes all of the passion out of the music and it just becomes a product sold to mindless brainwashed kids who cant think for themselves! When the kings were good, EVERY song on the album was good except for maybe one or two.. now ur lucky if one songs dope!
