Its a true story about a neighbour of hers that she had some issues with. Give it a listen and im sure you will enjoy it .

Nice song - love the classic slower country/folk/rock with the band keeping tight and level on volume.One thing I will say, everyone's a critic : ) I think Ryan should play with the low parts at the end of lines.His voice doesn't fill out the lower register enough imo - or maybe it was just that night.Anyway, that aside, I could listen to this stuff all day.

Ok, just figured it out. For this version the chords are as follows (capo 2). Fret the 3rd fret on the low E string during the C chord to match the video. Verse: G, G, G, D G, C, G, D G, G, G, D G, C, G, D, G Chorus: C, G, G, D G, C, G, D, G Improvise some finger picking and it sounds ace. Hope it helps!
