    And the crow knows that if he eats the butterfly it will kill him. The butterfly is like my addiction and all the destruction it's been in my life. Knowing that it's going to kill me but at this stage of the game. Death is a welcomed prospect when I look at not only the pain I've caused myself and those who love me. But most of all the disappointment I have caused . . It stopped being fun a long time ago. Now its a copping mechanism and a learned pattern of behavior. Topped off with a ton of guilt remorse shame and regret.. The crows follow me around mocking me. Everywhere I go I can feel so much negativity from others it's heart wrenching at times.
