There seems to be some disagreement about pop punk. Pop punk is different from punk, so don't go assuming they're the same thing. ATL had a pop punk album: So Wrong, it's Right. They just sold out. Plus, pop punk now and pop punk before are different. Blink 182 and ATL or prehiatus FOB sound different, but they were all pop punk at some point. "Punk", or punk rock is like the Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Police. If anybody wants hardcore mixed with pop punk, check out easycore like ADTR, etc.

Still not true. ATL used to be pop punk, but pop punk today is crowded by bands that make the genre look bad. The good bands fall through the cracks. ATL is pop now, or as they call it, "alternative."

okay i need to clear something up... when i posted that comment 10 months ago... honestly, i have no idea what in the fuck i was thinking. How dare i ever consider all time low and blink 182 to be in the same genre of music EVER. to clarify: blink, the story so far, the wonder years, new found glory, etc. all demonstrate Pop punk over the last few generations. all time low is just shitty modern pop-core.
