Oh my gosh! I listened to the original version (for the first time) when I was barely 2 years old (back in 1989), thanks to my awesome mom's collection of mixed tapes! I found the very mixed tape where she recorded the original version, just yesterday in a dusty box in the loft and it was certainly throw back Thursday for me!! :D I love this song even today and can't get enough! Didn't know another version existed! Cheers for the upload! :)
