That's not what he meant at all. In this song he is just suggesting that people need to live by following better standards than they do now. He said that he wants drug dealers and other criminals punished without slipping through the system, and that he will follow any law until somebody breaks the law to hurt him. Nowhere in this song did he suggest becoming an unethical hick.
