I love Coldplay, but this is a shit song man. They have never been the the most lyrically complex, but this song isn't mysterious or complex, it's cheesy and vague. Coldplay has a cheesy factor in a lot of songs, but you can only take so much.7 years ago

I disagree, the coldplay parts are alright but then the chainsmokers show up with lmost the same drop as roses minus the vocal cuts that made that a little more memorable. I give this track a 2/5. only because of coldplay.7 years ago

I think he doesnt realize that Pop music today is for teenagers.... Thats kinda the point bud, its why the Chainsmokers or JBs new stuff is so popular. Cause its what we wanna listen to, its like saying oh boy The Sega Genisis is so much better than every other console just cause you used to play it when you were a kid. Opinions are one thing, but calling a generation mindless because they like a certain type of music is just plain stupid, a lot people now adays dont have alot of time to find songs with amazing rifts and unique lyrics, instead we opt for readily available catchy music for catharsis, thats the point.
