Tremendous musicianship. They were, and still are, simply incredible, as musicians and artists.

wow....king crimson influences comin thru?.....infinite guitar and the odd syncopated keys sequence?.....what a great tune and great performance......just dont see bands takin these chances while creating some nice melodies and memorable songwriting at the core....instantly recognizable vocals......miss it.

Maybe not their most inspired performance, but this is a really brilliant song. It's what I'd call "deceptively simple", because there's more going on with it than you'd think. Any one part is pretty simple (especially that bass line), but the way they're put together gives it a special complexity. The studio version is amazing (plus a perfect way to start their *Shake It Up* album), and I'm pretty sure they've done better live versions than this.
