@ilovemymilitary Lady Gaga does have talent though. Strip away the crazy outfits and dance numbers, sit her at a piano and she shows it. Why did our culture go from valuing talent to judging talent based on the image portrayed? That's the real question here.

How did our culture go from valueing talent like this to idolizing Lady Gaga?!?!?!? L.G and 99.9 percent of her contemporaries in all popular genres, rock, country, pop, etc. have no talent when it comes down to it. They are just mediocre. THIS is real talent and the stuff I love to hear. If I can sing it in my room, that's not good enough for me. If I have to keep clearing my throat and wishing I had voice lessons? That's talent...
