I'm surprised there aren't more comments about how this song represents lost chances, a lost love, a lost chance at a good relationship with a family member, the ability to avoid a tragic incident, the ability to say a last goodbye, etc. This song really speaks to me about all of those things and I imagine everyone on this planet could say the same thing. There are always times we wish we could go back in time and re-do a part of our lives. And this song is all about that.To me, this song represents about a 5 year period of my life that I really wish I could go back and change. I would give anything to go back and change those years. Alas, time simply won't let me go...
